MAC-MIGS Special Topics / Research Linked Topics Presentation and Projects

Students work in small groups (3-4 people) with academics and industrial collaborators to tackle a
specific, industrially-relevant problem. This can form a basis for an Extended Project or a full PhD. Projects can focus on a particular problem, with an expected achievable solution, or can be
more `blue-sky', for example applying a range of numerical methods to a problem and seeing which, if any, are appropriate.
